Happy Monday!  We’ve got a new challenge over at Double Trouble and hope you will all play along!

Grab your embossing goodies and critter images and get creating!  Thing 3 has a twist to grab your favorite dog or critter.  As I went through my stamps, I saw this cute set from Clearly Besotted that I haven’t used in forever!  The tigers are what stood out to me so I got stamping with them

Aren’t they so cute?!  I dry embossed the background to go along with Thing 1’s challenge

This card is going to my sweet little neighbor who always makes homemade suckers for the neighborhood kids.  We want to thank her for such sweetness 🙂

Thing 2 wants us all to pair with the challenge at 2 Crafty Critter Crazies, so if you’ve added a critter to your card, be sure to share there too!

Thanks for stopping by to see my card.  Head over to Double Trouble to play along!

Hugs!

I hope you are all having a wonderful and relaxing weekend!  I have a fun card for you today and if you head to my Instagram, there’s even a quick video of it coming together!

It came together with 3 inspirations in mind.  First, the Lawn Fawnatics challenge

Lawn Fawn has one of my favorite beach themed stamp sets ever – “Life is Good”

The layout was inspired by the sketch challenge at Try Stampin on Tuesday

I loved that banner behind a tag!

And since I’m so into slimline cards lately, I had to stretch the sketch into one!  Freshly Made Sketches inspired me to do that with their current challenge

Isn’t this little beach scene on a tag fun?!  I am crazy about seashells (those you see around my card are ones I collected from Florida!) so adding them to a card is a delight 🙂

The cute waves are embossed to give some texture and all that pretty sky and sea blending is done with the beautiful Catherine Pooler inks

With a few simple sequins added for some sparkle, this slimline card is finished!

Thanks for stopping by to see it!  Remember to head to my Instagram to see the video of it coming together!

Today is a very good friend’s birthday!  Happy Birthday Renee!  You can check her adorable cards out on Instagram @241CreativeStreet – you’ll be glad you did!  So of course I had to make her a super fun card.  I used the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch to get my inspiration going

When I first looked at the sketch, I knew I had to make those circles into shakers!  I used MFT stitched circles to do that

These new cupcakes in the “All the cupcakes” set are so scrumptious!!

I did the coloring with alcohol markers and made sure the cupcakes had sprinkles on top!

The MFT stencil in the background made for a fun confetti look

And this fun birthday card is complete!  Thanks for stopping by to check it out!

It’s Monday and a new challenge over at Double Trouble Challenge Blog!

I haven’t made one card for Christmas in July so it was perfect timing for this challenge!  I also made it a one layer card!  Lot’s of masking pulled this little scene off

I used the “Signs of Santa” stamp set by Stampin’ Up since Thing 3 wants to see an elf on our card.  These 2 cute elves look busy at the North Pole 🙂

Thing 2 has a double dare to use our favorite tool and partner up with Heart2Heart.  They are a challenge who loves to see Close to My Heart products used.  I don’t have any of those (I guess I need some!) but lucky me, they waived that requirement for this partnership with us at Double Trouble!  (Thanks Heart 2 Heart! )

Anyone who follows me knows that I absolutely LOVE Zig Clean Color Markers!  So the coloring is done with those.

There’s also Spectrum Noir glitter pen on here for the snowy ground.  I added some pale but sparkly snowflakes to give a subtle interest to all the white space

And now I can say I have a Christmas in July card done!  Do you start your cards early?

Hugs!  Have a great week!  I’ll be back with a few fun projects throughout.

:)Kellianne

I hope you have all had a great start to your week!  I had some fun with my stamping today and I have lots to share of what I did.  I took the 3 Stamp Nation incentive sets that members received with their orders when they purchased things from the last 3 releases.  They are so cute and it was such a fun thing for Catherine to do!

I also stuck to 3 colors – Catherine Pooler‘s Samba, Aquatini, and Garden Party (with some black added in of course)  Also, all of the dies used on these cards are Catherine Pooler as well.

Here they are!

Aren’t those cute images?!  I love how they all work together so well!  Here’s a look at each card individually

HAPPY BIRTHDAY –

This one just had to be turned into a shaker!  It also uses the new Happy Birthday die by Catherine Pooler

THANKS –

This fun “thanks” tag added to an all white background is so fun!  The tag would be fun alone on a gift too!

And finally,

BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF –

It’s a sentiment good for anyone right now!  It’s been such a weird time for everyone.

If you head to my Instagram, I do have a little video of this one coming together!

Are those colors and sets so fun together?!  I had an absolute blast and am so grateful for these incentive sets that work so fun together!

See you again soon!

Happy Friday everyone!  I’m sharing a slimline card today!  I’m really having fun playing with this slimline design and exploring all the great ways to incorporate inspiration from a regular A2 size card into a slimline.

I was inspired by this pretty card over at Global Design Project challenge blog.  The inspiration I took from it was the soft colors, floral, and stripes.  Here’s my take!

I incorporated the striped by using a background die by PinkFresh Studio.  And isn’t this floral pretty?!  It’s the collaboration set by Gina K and Hero Arts

I added Wink of Stella to the blossoms to give them a pretty glimmer

The current Flower Challenge is to do Summer or Winter floral

These beautiful flowers definitely fit into the Summer floral!  So bright and full

For the coloring, I used watercolor pencils and also a couple of ink pads to add darker shading.  Lots of coloring going on with the 30 day coloring challenge!  It always gets me to pull out different mediums to color with

Thanks for stopping by to see my card!  Have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs

I’m here today playing along with the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge as well as the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge!

Simon said to use Pink and Main Products, so I pulled out these cute turtles to make a fun, yet clean and simple card

As you can see, I flipped the sketch to be horizontal

And the diagonal piece across the sketch, I turned into water.  I used the Pink and Main “Turtley Amazing” stamp set as well as their cute scalloped frame dies for some interest around the border

For my coloring, I used watercolor pencils.  It was fun!  I haven’t pulled those out in forever!

If you head to my Instagram, I did do a quickie video as I made this card

Thanks for stopping by today!

Happy Monday!  Another new Double Trouble Challenge starts today and it’s a fun one!

I love tic tac toe challenges and we have one for you this week over there

I chose the diagonal from top left down to bottom right

Embossed words, flowers and lots of green!

All the images are watercolored as my way of coloring for the Daily Marker 30 day coloring challenge.  I did the watercoloring with Zig Clean Color markers.

And those sweet little pearls are added for some interest to go along with the Double Trouble partner – Cupcake Inspirations

The Thank You die as well as the greenery background is by Simon Says Stamp.  The flowers are by Avery Elle

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card!  If you’d like to watch it come together in a quick video, head on over to my Instagram!

Hello!  Today I played along with theTime Out Challenges

To go along with the theme, I chose to do a vintage style card

All the stamps and dies are by Stampin’ Up!

The optional twist at Time Out is Embellishments!  So I used some pearls, some twine, and a couple of fancy clip pieces under the two corners

I colored these pretty flowers using alcohol markers.  There’s going to be lots of coloring for the next bit – Kathy Racoosin has another Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring challenge going on!

And that’s my card for today!  Thanks for visiting!

:)Kellianne

Have you ever drawn a mandala?  Or watched somebody draw a mandala?  It’s super therapeutic!

Well, it turns out that it’s also therapeutic to STAMP a mandala too!  I used the Gina K mandala maker stamps to create this beauty

It took a bit of time but was totally worth it!

I added Nuvo drops to lots of the details in the mandala and I love the stunning look they added!

Isn’t the gray and soft blue so cool for this design?

This was a fun one!  I might have to do a little Instagram video of another one coming together!  Perhaps that’ll be in the future 🙂

Thanks for stopping by to see this one!
