Lots of fun Fall challenges going on! And I’m seeing so many pretty cards. I made this one to participate in 3 different challenges that inspired me!

First, I loved the Four Seasons mood board. I especially loved the wagon full of pumpkins!

I also took the challenge over at Paper Funday to focus on yellow, orange, and green

The final challenge that inspired my card is The Card Concept. Their theme is “Autumn Chill”

The colors of Autumn are so beautiful. They don’t last long! But I love the. While they last!

Hi stamping friends! How fun is it that we have a day dedicated to us and our fabulous hobby!! If you follow me, you know I absolutely LOVE card challenges. I love playing along with various ones. I love being on the design team for the Double Trouble Challenge and I’ll shop more with the companies who have challenges! They inspire us to use the products we buy and I really appreciate that.

So yesterday, when I saw that PinkFresh Studio did a challenge for World Cardmaking day – I was IN!!

I went through my stash of beautiful PinkFresh products and decided on this one that I haven’t used in forever. It’s called Inked Florals

I did some emboss resist. I embossed the floral images in white and then water colored over them

I also used some PinkFresh dies that went perfect with the design I had in mind. The Simply Diamonds background die as well as the Classic Tags with fillable elements. I LOVE this tag die set. It’s got so many versatile pieces!

Hello stamping friends! A challenge full of Halloween fun is up at Double Trouble today🎃

Thing 1 is having a “scrappers trick or treat” and wants to see what tricks you have for background techniques

I did one that I haven’t done in a while – ink smooshing. I also added water flicking, ink splatters, and some stamping. I was sure to include a couple of different images as that is what Thing 3 is looking for

I have to admit something… I don’t really like Halloween! So I never purchase Halloween- specific products. The stamps I used today are from some REALLY old Stampin’ Up! sets that I still have in my stash. They worked great to make this project! And I really actually love the way it turned out

Thing 2 has us partnering with Park Hopping challenge. Would your card choose Disney cute? Or Universal scary? Mine would visit both. The spider is kind of cutesie (could never say that about a real spider!!) but the bats and Boo might be creepy!

Hi everyone! Happy Double Trouble Monday!

Thing 1 wants to see punches and/or dies and Thing 3 wants to see farm animals!

I love this cute little set by Hello Bluebird and don’t pull it out very often. But it’s perfect for this challenge!

I used the coordinating dies for the images. The 3 squares stitched die, and the stitched border die are from My Favorite Things and were perfect for the clean and simple design I went for with this card

Thing 2 has us partnering with I Spy With My Little Eye for their “something on a farm” challenge. So if you play with that option, be sure to add your creation there too!

Hello! Today I pulled out one of my favorite sets to play with – Mandala Maker by Gina K Designs. Over at the Inspired By challenge, the inspo photo made me think of it instantly!

I knew exactly what I wanted to do

It’s obvious that I chose the colors and pattern based on those darling leggings!

I added lots of Nuvo drops to give texture to the entire thing. It was so neat to watch it come together

I recorded this one coming together. You can see it over on my Instagram page!

The stitched square dies are from Pink and Main and were the perfect size to fit this mandala. The sentiment is from the Gina K “Massive Messages” and I clear embossed it for dimension and shine

Hello! Happy new challenge day over at Double Trouble! It’s a great one to get your Fall cards going

Thing 1 wants to see Autumn colors. Pick at least 3 from the first photo in the graphic

I used an old set called “Autumn Harvest” by Stampin Up. It’s seriously probably 15 years old! But I love it and use it every Fall

I colored these cute Autumn images with my zig markers. Thing 3 is asking to see pumpkins and gourds. You pick which one you want to use or even do both like I did!

The arch and fence are dies by Spellbinders, and I thought they went perfect with my design

Thing 2 has us partnering up with Inspiration Station, using their cute inspiration photo

It does get me excited for Fall to see pictures like that and make cards in these colors!! It’s really hot here, and the cool down will be welcome. But for now, I’ll just make cards to ready for when it does

Hello and happy Sunday! Today’s card is to play along with Color Throwdown. I loved the color combo for this one, so I couldn’t wait to create!

Pink, green, and magenta = so pretty!!

All stamps and dies for this one are by PinkFresh Studio and I love them so much!!

I gold embossed the images and then Copic colored

After die cutting with the amazing one-piece die, I had so fun arranging all this beautiful floral and foliage

I really do. But it has been SO HOT here!!!!! The new challenge over at Double Trouble has a few fun ideas that will make perfect summer cards

Thing 1 says anything goes! Thing 3 gives some fun options. I went with “beverage”

This cute row of summer drinks is just so yummy looking! It’s from a set by Close to my Heart.

Thing 2 says to partner up with any of the past partners of Double Trouble. I chose 2 different ones. Color Dare gave me my color inspiration. I used their entire grid of colors for my card!

And I got my sketch inspiration from Try Stampin On Tuesday

I just flipped it to be a horizontal layout rather than vertical

Which drink would you pick? Me? Probably the lemon water lol! I’m not one for much beyond water for my drinks. But my husband loves all the fun and flavorful ones. Horchata would be his top choice but I don’t think this card offers that one lol

Another “hello” card today at my blog. I love these kind because you can use them for almost anything!

Thing 1 wants to see pattern paper – at least 2 different ones

Thing 3 wants to see you use this sketch from Try Stampin On Tuesday

I thought it was a great sketch for creating a clean and simple card

I love this little succulent stamp set from Greeting Farm. The frame and sentiment are from a Mama Elephant set

I think I’m going to make a little card set doing this same design with some different colors and varying succulents

My favorite kind of cards to make is one with florals and foliage! I recently discovered a new challenge that is all about flowers – The Beautiful Blossoms challenge. Their current inspiration board is so bright and summery!

I was immediately inspired by the colors and textures

I used dies and a 3D embossing folder by Spellbinders for my bright “hello” card

With the embossing folder, I did the technique where you put ink on one side of it and then run your panel through. Turns out so neat with 3D folders especially!

I textured and shaded the flowers, added a few embellishments, and my card was complete

I usually have a harder time with bright colors so it was fun to step outside the box for this challenge!
