Happy Monday! I can’t believe we are more than halfway through July! And time for a new challenge at Double Trouble
I made a very summery card for this one!
Here is the recipe by Thing 1, which is the only requirement to follow
3- layers
2- images (stamped or die cut)
1- stitched element
Thing 3 sys to use a fun pun sentiment. I sometimes feel like I don’t know when to use the puns that come in stamp sets, so this was a great time to! I thought the “hey gullfriend” was cute with the seagull images. This is a set from Pink and Main
The layout of my card was inspired by the Thing 2 option to play along with the sketch at TSOT
I’ve never made a card with that kind of layout, so it was fun to think outside the box. That’s what sketches do!

Eventually some of those puns find the appropriate card (mostly they just make me laugh but never see any ink!) Your card is fantastic, I love that ocean-y shade of blue on your background papers.
