Of course I chose dies! I don’t know if there’s a single card I have made in years that didn’t use dies. My Big Shot gets used every time I sit to make a card! Today’s dies – leaves by The Stamp Market. The multi-circle die behind the leaves is by Close To My Heart

I had lots of ideas come to mind for it! Snowflakes, ornaments, flowers… but in the end, I chose autumn leaves

Wow, the multi-circle die was perfect for the TSOT sketch. Love how you left some of the circles open and the add of the floating leaves… beautiful card and love your interpretation of the sketch.
